DONATION CERTIFICATE ORDER FORM

The ‘Donation Certificate’ for NAGE-fuel technology is a document that is automatically generated and emailed to the email address specified by the donator in the Order Form. The ‘Donation Certificate’ original is safely stored at the Donator's private area (Dashboard) on the www.nagetime.org server. The Dashboard is generated automatically for every Donator at the time of donation processing. In the event of a loss of certificate, the Donator will be able to download the electronic copy (duplicate) of its Donation Certificate from his/or her dashboard. The password (required to login to the dashboard) is e-mailed to the Donator along with the Donation Certificate instantly after the process of donation is successfully completed.

The ‘Donation Certificate’ of NAGE-fuel technology is deemed the official document certifying a donation to the project. It consists of the following data:

1. Certificate number. The certificate’s unique number is generated automatically during the time of donation processing.
2. Amount of the donation. Each donator is free to donate any amount he may consider appropriate. The donation amount is not limited. The amount of the donation entered in the order form at the time of donation appears on the certificate’s front side automatically right after the donation is successfully processed.
3. Donator’s first and last name. Personal data to be carefully entered by the donator in the donation certificate order form.
4. Recipient email address. Donation Certificate and donator’s dashboard login data are emailed to the donator's e-mail address instantly upon the donation process is completed successfully.

There are three types of Donation Certificates for NAGE-fuel technology:

• Donation Certificate
• Nil Amount Donation Certificate
• Gift Donation Certificate

Donation Certificate
To get your Donation Certificate for NAGE-fuel technology fill in the blank fields of the order form, namely, ‘donation amount’, ‘name’, and ‘email address (this data will be printed on the front side of your Donation Certificate). Click on the ‘Get Donation Certificate’ button. You will be re-directed to the payment page where you are to enter your name, email, and country. Then click on the ‘Proceed to PayPal’ button, and on the PayPal payment page, you can securely complete your donation payment in accordance with the PayPal standard procedure.

PayPal accepts payments from both personal PayPal accounts and debit/credit cards. Your personal information about your payment instruments remains on the PayPal server only, we have no access to your payment instruments and your payment details. We solely get notifications from PayPal every time a donation is made.

Nil Amount Donation Certificate
We draw your attention to the ‘Nil Amount Donation Certificate’, this is a donation certificate of a zero amount value.
This option is offered to the most skeptical investors, those who are not ready to donate to a project and rather prefer to make investments when the technology is on the stage of product marketing and commercialization, or at least when the technology is patented. In other words, this option is for those investors interested in secured investment options only.
The holder of a ‘Nil Amount Donation Certificate’ won’t have any discounts and preferences at purchasing the project’s Shares. However, he will secure the priority to be the first to purchase the shares of the technology, though on a general basis (at market price, without any special discount).  Also, the owners of ‘Nil Amount Donation Certificates’ will be receiving prompt notifications on project development stages, right on par with the owners of the Donation Certificates for NAGE-fuel technology.
To order a ‘Nil Amount Donation Certificate’ fill in the order form only the fields ‘Name’ and ‘Email address’ while leaving the field ‘donation amount’ blank. Just go ahead through all the stages of the donation process except for the payment stage. If the donation amount field is left blank, the system will automatically generate and issue a ‘Nil Amount Donation Certificate’ and not redirect you to the PayPal payment gateway.

Gift Donation Certificate
In the case when Donation Certificate is intended for a gift, it may be completed to a different name. When filling in the order form enter the name and email address that you want to be printed on the front side of the certificate. Note, in this case, the details printed on the front side of the Donation Certificate will be different from the data you entered on the payment page. When the Donation Certificate is intended for a gift, one electronic copy of the Donation Certificate original will be emailed to the email address specified in the order form (it will be printed on the front side of the Donation Certificate), and another electronic copy of the original certificate will be emailed to the email address specified on the payment page.

Storage of Gift Donation Certificate
The electronic copy of each Donation Certificate (duplicate) will be stored in Donator’s private area (dashboard) for security measures, in case of a loss of the certificate, for instance.

The number of Donation Certificates issued to the same name and the same email address is not limited, which means, in the event, after you made a donation once, you decide to donate more, you will be issued with another unique donation certificate.

If a person wants to order several certificates for different names (as a gift), each order is to be filled out sequentially, while payment for all certificates may be fulfilled in one payment.
